I. An analysis of their territories and infrastructure

The Scelusdrebs live of the coast of Terra Facundia in the land by the name of Terra Sceleratus. From what our diplomats have attained it seems that they have a fairly advanced aqueduct system, enabling their ever-increasing populations increases. This, however, is overshadowed by the fact that with these large populations pollution is at an extreme rate. During one of our sabotage missions, the primary target of the city wall had to be adverted to production sabotage due to the fact that a disease had broken out from rotting cows in the street.

The next aspect of their territories that we have noticed is that their road system while extremely large is also very wasteful. This will be very useful if our imperial armies ever invade since the system will allow for lightning warfare. It is also noted that the wastefulness in road systems preludes the trait of compulsive with their cranial lobes, a topic that will be covered later. The last part of their territory that will be of interest to you, being newly discovered from our vassal state of Lord Fuzzy, is that they have begun an expansion into Terra Nova Sceleratus. Since our diplomats are currently writing up a ceasefire to include tribute of the two central cities on Terra Sceleratus, I also recommend that we include the city with the unofficial title of Barcelona in the tribute. This will once again prevent the Scelusdrebs from expanding to areas not within out control.

II. An analysis of their cranial lobes

The Scelusdrebs rebels that were recently caught within Ora were brought to the Psychological Determination labs of Reparo. Here a few of their behaviors were explained. As we did our experiments, it was found that the seventh lobe has an unusually large inverse that builds up pressure. This pressure explains for their compulsive behaviors for in times of stress it is released through fits of rage. When we look back upon our grand history to the Phortoia war this explains why their chariot militia attacked. It seems that with our blockage of the north and the pro-IIANS treaty the pressure had built up to usually high levels, which than accounts for their unstrategic maneuvers in the pursuing war.

This unusually large inverse lobe, however, is the most curious health problem that we have ever seen. With further studies of the rebels, we have found out what it seems to be. The Scelusdrebs are addicted to a Trinobal A substance. Since this substance is known to affect several generations of people that take, it explains why we had the early rebellions in Drebinoian. Any cities that are captured from the Scelusdrebs must have their populations treated for this.

III. An analysis of their Physical Traits

With the rebels that were captured in Ora and from our various diplomatic missions, we have attained a complete profile on their physical traits. While they would never pass any of our Intelligence Courses, it seems that in the area of Physical Strength they would be on par. With their civilizations constant relocation they have learned to cope with changing environments. With the constant plagues, that sweet across their lands they have gained admiral immune systems. And, with the lack of intelligence they have been forced to use brute force to attain their desires. This, however, shouldn't be much of a problem for us since our superior organization and weaponry will have no problem against their barbaric rages.
